The table below lists the amount spent in export subsidies in Germany for selected agricultural products in the years 2001 to 2004...
And this graph shows how many farms received how much direct payments (in €) from the Common Agricultural Policy, in 2003. Blue is the % of farms, pink is the % of total direct payments. 
1.1% of farms received about 25% of direct payment funds in Germany in 2003. I'm sure you heard the rumour that in the UK it is the Queen who receives the bulk of agicultural subsidies. Though I've never seen her driving a tractor nor does she look very needy.
